The Boys & Girls Club of Shelbyville and Girls Inc. have been closely monitoring the weather forecast. For the safety of our children, staff, and families, both organizations will close at 4:30 PM today, January 10, 2025. We encourage parents to make necessary arrangements to ensure everyone gets home safely. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Good afternoon, Coulston Families! With the potential for some more winter weather tomorrow, teachers will be sending iPads and chargers (if needed) home with students this afternoon as a precautionary measure if we were to have an eLearning day. We have every intention of a regular day of school tomorrow, but want to be prepared. We will also be sending iPads and chargers home with students every Friday afternoon as a precautionary measure in case we have winter weather over the weekend that would cause us to use eLearning on a Monday. Again, there is not an eLearning Day planned for tomorrow, iPads being sent home is just a precaution. Thank you, and have a great rest of the day! Mrs. Terrell Principal

Today, Wednesday, January 8, 2025, is not an early release day due to a 2-hour delay. We will follow a normal dismissal schedule. Additionally, breakfast will not be served during a 2-hour delay.

🍂🎃 Fall Costume Dress-Up Party! 🎃🍂 This month, we're bringing our First Friday Theme Day a little early—on October 31st! Join us TOMORROW in celebrating with a Fall Costume Dress-Up Party where students can come dressed as their favorite characters! Please keep in mind for the day: - Costumes must be school appropriate - Masks are not allowed - School-appropriate shoes are still required - No extra costume props or accessories should be brought to school We’re excited to see everyone’s creative costumes and will be sharing the fun on our Coulston Facebook page.
